MEET THE STAFF
Our staff in Haiti are a key part of our operation. They keep the program running smoothly and efficiently, interact with daily plastic collectors, and administer our education programs. Meet our full-time employees:

Beverly Derelus
Country Director
Is a mother of three, and started working at KBR since July 2021. She has worked with other international NGOs in Haiti, with major telecommunication companies in the country, such as Digicel and Natcom. Before KBR, she was a Brand Ambassador for a popular Rum in Haiti. Beverly has hosted many radio programs in local radio stations in the Central Plateau. Her role as an In-country Director in KBR is to administer the General Operations and Finances of Kay Blada Recycling in Haiti.
Clermont Dieudonne
Education Program Manager
Dieudonne has been a school teacher for over 20 years. Her work with Kay Blada Recycling involves designing education materials and managing the educational activities and participating teachers. Dieudonne wanted to participate in bringing a sustainable solution to the plastic waste problem by implementing education into Kay Blada Recycling’s mission.
Ferdinand Bernadel
Marketing Director
Bernadel has been working in promoting local initiatives in the Department of Center Plateau. Bernadel worked for numerous local businesses in the past, and he is the founder of a local initiative called Ede Jen. Ede Jen is a social organization that is working to help youth stay positive and active by using sports and cultural tools to provide them with leisure time. He now coordinates all of Kay Blada's marketing activities.
